With her pop thriller Scrap (Sceptre Books) out this month in the EU & UK, author and artist Calla Henkel returns to New Models to speak about her process, practice, and recent move to the epicenter of narrative production that is Los Angeles, California. A long time denizen of Berlin where, with Max Pitegoff, she ran Times Bar, New Theater, and TV Bar, Henkel reflects on the creation of art worlds both on the page and off, including her newest venture with Pitegoff, New Theater Hollywood.
