Sometime in the early 2010s, the internet started directing culture. No longer were magazine editors and record execs making stars; they were finding them online with the hope of capturing these artists’ viral successes.

Among that wave of internet-first creatives was the Bay Area’s Natassia Gail Zolot aka Kreayshawn, whose 2011 track & video Gucci Gucci was a massive hit that remains an epic encapsulation of that time.
